What is and what causes Condensation?
Condensation is the result of a simple law of physics. Vapor will turn to liquid when it comes in contact with a surface that is at a cooler temperature. It is then that the vapor will turn into visible droplets.
Where can Condensation come from?
Here a few things that can be the cause of condensation:
• Spas
• Open Water Containers
• Aquariums
• Bare Concrete
• Poor Air Circulation
• Excessive Cooking

Will my Palm Beach Enclosure's Sunroom be condensation free?
No that is impossible to do. The average home produces about 20 gallons of water a day into the air just from all the cooking, bathing, and washing etc. Therefore window moisture is a symptom of a home that is high in air humidity and not properly ventilated.

What can I do to reduce Condensation?
To reduce condensation, humidity must be handled and air movement must be produced. As the outdoor temperature drops, the humidity level needs to go down if condensation is to be reduced. Here are a few tips on how to do this:
• Use the exhaust fans or vents in your laundry, kitchen and bathrooms.
• Turn off humidifying devices in your home if they are not in use.
• Air out the room or house a few minutes each day.
• Open your fireplace dampers to allow an escape route for moisture-laden air.
